Why did you choose Thomas Evans Construction?
I chose Thomas Evans because of his custom homes i toured on the Isle of Palms. I was sold when i saw the detail in the wood work,trim details,paint schemes,windows,doors and everything in between.I knew he was the contractor for my new sunroom and deck which we love.

Can you give an example of how Thomas resolved any issue or problem for you?
We converted a screened porch into a sunroom.During construction a pre-existing roof leak was detected and brought to my attention.Any other builder probably would have covered it up and carried on.Thomas made sure his guys fixed the roof before continuing.We now have strong roof that won't leak on our beautiful new bead board ceiling.

How did this construction or renovation project improve your life?
Before we had a screened porch that was cold in the winter and hot in the summer and during pollen season we were constantly cleaning.Now we have heated and cooled space that we can enjoy year round.Anderson windows with storm reinforcement locks and an Anderson door that has a 3-way lock system for added security.Not to mention our cat has a new lookout point now to keep track of all the squirrels in our yard.

What do you think about how Thomas Evans completed your project?
Thomas did everything he said he was going to do and more.As with any project there is going to be a punch list of things to be fine tuned.My room and deck were no different.I simply called Thomas and it was taken care of.If i ever needed a construction or renovation job again Thomas Evans would be my first and last call.
